New Member Reward Gallons Bonus

These New Member Reward Gallons Bonus Terms & Conditions (“Bonus Terms”) describe a one-time promotional incentive (the “Bonus”) offered by Greenlane.ai LLC (“Greenlane” or “8TK”) under the 8TK Fuel Discount Rewards Program (the “Program”). These Bonus Terms supplement the 8TK Rewards Terms & Conditions (the “General Terms”), which continue to govern the Bonus Reward Gallons in all respects except as expressly modified below. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the General Terms.

Eligibility & How It Works

An eligible Account Owner (as defined in the General Terms) who successfully opens a new 8TK Business Deposit Account and makes their initial paid membership payment for a 8TK Visa® Business Debit Card will automatically receive 50 Reward Gallons (“Bonus Reward Gallons”) credited to their balance. The Bonus is a one-time sign-on incentive only. It is not credited again upon any membership upgrade, downgrade, renewal, reactivation, or re-enrollment. Greenlane may deny or reverse a Bonus at its sole discretion in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or gaming.

Value by Tier

Bonus Reward Gallons are valued at the fuel discount rate of the Account Owner’s tier at the time of crediting, illustrated below (for reference only — Bonus Reward Gallons are redeemed as a fuel discount, not cash):

Redemption

Bonus Reward Gallons redeem automatically as a fuel discount under the General Terms, with one exception: they do not count toward the Account Owner’s monthly redemption limit. Once fully redeemed, reversed, or forfeited, this exception no longer applies to subsequently earned Reward Gallons.

General Provisions

Bonus Reward Gallons remain subject to all other General Terms — including that they are promotional only, non-transferable, not cash equivalents, not FDIC-insured, subject to repricing on tier change, subject to reversal for fraud/abuse/violations, and forfeited upon account closure. Greenlane may modify or discontinue the Bonus at any time; changes will not affect Bonus Reward Gallons already credited, and material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.

The New Member Bonus is offered and administered by Greenlane.ai, LLC and is not a deposit product or other obligation of First Bank of the Lake. Greenlane account services are provided by First Bank of the Lake, Member FDIC.
